Liaise with the safety boat crews as weather conditions change | Racers will be on hand to assist with course-setting |

Ensuring the fuel tanks are topped up will be done by another volunteer | |
Club-funded RYA Powerboat Level 2 & First Aid for regular volunteers |

Preparing components of cold buffet | It is suggested that this role is shared by a team of individuals / couples / families for each event |
Lighting, cooking and cleaning the barbecue | Food and barbecue materials can be arranged by liaising with the Social Secretary |
